Mount Myon on foot from Pressiat

From the village of Pressiat a direct ascent to the summit of Mont-Myon (662m) and its refuge by the south-west face.

Several possibilities of return:
- Round trip
- Take the road in "Z" (same time)
- Follow the n° 109 which passes behind the Mont-Myon and returns by Plain-champ and Chevignat (3h00)
- Take the n°109 to the north of the parking to go back down to Chevignat (2h00)
- Take the n°109 in the opposite direction and return directly to Chevignat (1h30)
