


- Opposite Maison France Service, place de la Halle (car park), turn right into rue Porte de Sensac.
Walk past one of the oldest houses in the bastide. Continue straight ahead and cross the road to the northern esplanade (the old town moat). Keep going straight ahead and take the dirt track.
- At the end of the dirt track, go up the road and turn right. Go straight on along the D40, then follow the sign for the orientation table (200m further on).
- Don't hesitate to take a look at the orientation table created by the artist Toustain with the local children.
Once you have retraced your steps, take the path down until you reach the road.
Cross the road and continue on the tarmac track for 500m until you reach a dirt track on the right that descends and joins the main road.
- Turn right onto the D40 (CAUTION), then left onto the tarmac Ste Rame road below the D40.
the D40. (In spring, you will discover the "Persian tulips"). Continue along the track.
Cross the stream and turn left onto a dirt track. Then turn right onto the path that leads uphill.
Continue until you reach the tarmac road, follow the road towards the ridge for about 200 m.
- Go down to the right along a path between two meadows until you reach a small bridge that crosses a spring. Take the wooden staircase up the embankment to the left. Continue along this path to the top of the hill, then turn right and head back towards the town, admiring the Pyrenees.
- Continue until you reach the D40b, then turn left for 10m. Turn right into the Parc du Couloumé with its children's play area, fitness trail, picnic area, fishing facilities and toilets.
- Walk back towards the town centre along the Arize river. Once over the bridge, head towards the town hall and continue along rue Mage as far as the covered market.
