The Château Caze winery, created by its ancestor Antoine Caze in 1776, is a place where majestic architecture, the scent of yesteryear, calm and serenity come together. Fantastic acoustics enable this unusual venue to host concerts, temporary restaurants, etc. The vineyard now covers 14 hectares, 6 of which are planted with Négrette on the terraces of the Tarn, on the outskirts of the Pink City. The wine is full-bodied and lively, with a delicate menthol finish. Château Caze Concerto: a harmony of aromas! Aged in vats for 18 months, these wines are supple and powerful, perfect for traditional family cooking. Château Caze Patrimoine: selected from our oldest vines and best soils. They are matured in oak barrels to reveal their elegance, round out their tannins and perfect their balance. Larmes de Vigne, a very slightly sweet white, reveals notes of peach, pineapple, quince, white flowers and star anise. Le Messager de Lune, our new-born wine, is a dry white that is full-bodied and delicate, making it the ideal companion for fish, shellfish and white meats.

Château La Colombière has been producing AOC Fronton wines for over 30 years. For a number of years now, alongside Négrette, which is produced in red, rosé and natural sparkling rosé, La Colombière has been growing and vinifying an indigenous white grape variety that had completely disappeared: Bouysselet. A nugget to be discovered without further delay.The 17 hectares of vines, aged between 55 and 15 years, are farmed organically and biodynamically by Philippe and Diane Cauvin, the winemaking couple who took over the family estate in 2005. Nine original, high-quality cuvées are produced from local and regional grape varieties, offering a range of reds, rosés, dry whites and natural sparkling rosés, made according to rigorous criteria of plot selection, grape sorting, manual harvesting and gentle vatting.
