This 13-kilometre circuit offers the opportunity to discover the magnificent castle building and the park that surrounds it, which provides the perfect setting for a number of statues by famous artists. The path leaves the small town and climbs towards the fields and the Huuscht massif before crossing through the village of Petit-Nobressart. The route leaves the Grand Duchy and runs along the first foothills of the Ardennes, offering a broad panoramic view across the Attert valley, the last valley in Lorraine. The waymarked path then drops down towards Grendel, skimming the edge of the village before passing the cross-border Grendel marsh nature reserve. Four educational panels are to be found along the route.
Start: Colpach-Bas castle car park.
Waymarking: red rectangle on white background.
