Achouffe is located at the foot of the ‘Valley of Fairies’ where the ‘Martin-Moulin’ stream meets the ‘Chevral’ stream. It is one of the most charming villages in the area. At the confluence of the two rivers, the ‘Domaniale Pisciculture’ (fish farm) was founded just by the bridge.
Tourist village par excellence, Achouffe is also known for its brewery. Founded by two brothers–in-law, (one Walloon and the other Flemish) in an old farm, Chouffe beer is brewed exclusively with water from the ‘Cedrogne’ spring which gives it its unique flavour.
