The various courses at this site offer a range of difficulty levels: from the ‘green’ course for the more cautious, to the ‘black’ courses and thrill-seeking challenges for the more daring. The most intrepid among you can try the Air Bag Adventure, based on the ‘crash cushion’ concept used by professional stunt performers. For those less keen on thrills, there are less perilous but equally fun activities on offer. We haven’t forgotten the little ones. Parc P’tit Léo, a mini acrobatics course and trampoline area, is open for 3–5-year-olds. In the heart of the village, running alongside the communal woodland, the “La Forêt” Leisure Centre – a favourite spot for children – welcomes you and offers a range of sporting and recreational activities for young and old alike.Located near Castres and Albi, the La Forêt Leisure Centre is ideal for the whole family, with a playground – a paradise for children who can run about freely – and is open to the public all year round. Picnic tables and barbecues are provided so that you can enjoy a pleasant time with family or friends. Two volleyball courts (one of which is covered), a tennis court with rackets and balls available to borrow if needed, two boules courts, a covered basketball and handball court, and a table tennis table with rackets and balls available to borrow are all freely accessible all year round. Other activities may be possible in the shelter of our multi-activity hall, which is covered with solar panels. For fishing enthusiasts, there is a fish-stocked lake in the heart of the forest, an 800-metre walk away (one way). Daily fishing permits are on sale at the tourist information office (weekly permits may also be available, and fishing rods can be hired for a deposit). There’s also a mini-golf course waiting for you – fun for young and old alike – so come and test your skills! A fitness trail through the forest and several starting points for walking routes are available to help you organise your fitness sessions. A biodiversity area, free to visit, will introduce you to the wildlife that inhabits our valleys, mountains and forests. Set off to explore our new ‘Treasures of Nature’ trail! A trail for the whole family, inviting you to discover the forest’s biodiversity through fun, sensory experiences. You can also enjoy our campsite (tent pitches and fully equipped cabins), a motorhome area and the Aquamonts complex (water park, private spa and gym).

Discover the wild animals that inhabit our valleys and forests, their habitat and their way of life.In this exhibition, you will discover naturalised animals and plants from the local wild fauna and flora. Interpretation panels will help you throughout your visit to identify and get to know them.

In the Haut Languedoc Regional Nature Park, near Castres and Albi, there is a family-friendly water park on the edge of the forest, featuring a five-lane slide, a water slide, a dry pool and a paddling pool.Paddling pools, a dry pool, a 4-lane water slide, a twisting slide, a large swimming pool, a sun terrace and a grassy, shaded beach area. Within the Aquamonts complex, you can also enjoy the private wellness centre.
