Hiking trail - Tour of the Rénac Peninsula

Possibility to reach the beach of Rénac on foot by taking the 124 m long Himalayan footbridge above the lake. Supervised beach from 7 July to 29 August between 1:10pm and 6:20pm (except Tuesdays). Launching ramp, snack bar.

The second largest artificial lake in Auvergne is 13 km long and covers an area of 563 ha.The lake is ideal for family leisure activities: Jet skiing, beach volleyball, lazing on its beaches or simply swimming, a 124 m long Himalayan footbridge linking the beaches of Espinet and Rénac... enough to delight all members of the family! Supervised beaches in July and August: Puech des Ouilhes, Rénac and Espinet. Boat launch at Puech des Ouilhes, Rénac, Espinet and Ribeyrès. A 124 m long Himalayan footbridge spans Lake Saint-Étienne-Cantalès to link the beaches of Espinet and Rénac. Blending into the landscape, it will let you discover the lake from a different angle.

20 minutes from Aurillac, opposite the equipped and supervised beach of Rénac, on the edge of Lake Saint-Étienne-Cantalès, in a shady oak forest on a peninsula, 10 tree climbing courses for adults and children aged 3 and over (140 activities). Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult. "Tyro-Lac": 2 over 135 m long zip lines over the lake.
