
Short family stroll through forests and prairies with views over the Morel Valley and the Lauzière Massif.
Begin at the heart of Ronchat hamlet. Through the prairies where the apple trees blossom at the beginning of spring, in the direction of Cudraz (1 030m). The path offers a view over the Morel Valley, the Cheval Noir (“Black horse”) and the Lozière Massif. Continue past a large farmhouse to continue up towards Ronchat, through alpine forests and prairies.

This route has been designed for all hikers, including active families with children. The loop doesn't present any major difficulties.
From Albertville on the N90, take exit 37 towards N.D. de Briançon/La Léchère/Doucy/Valmorel. Continue along D990 and, after 1km, take a left on Rue de la Digarde. When on Rue St. Eusèbe de Cors, take a left. The mountain road then goes through Molençon and Fontaine before arriving at Ronchat. From Moutiers, take exit 37. Go through Petit Coeur and follow Nâves direction on D93. The mountain road then goes through Molençon and Fontaine before arriving at Ronchat.
Nichée contre le Beaufortain, cette vallée de montagne préservée abrite plusieurs petits villages : on y découvre Ronchat, point de départ de cet itinéraire partiellement boisé d'aulnes verts. A partir de ce versant ensoleillé de la Tarentaise, vous profiterez d'une multitude de points de vue sur la Vallée du Morel, le Cheval Noir et le massif de la Lauzière.
