Around Grenoble by the Isere’s riverbanks

Description

An easy but relatively long route along the banks of the Isère, passing through a multitude of small hamlets. The roads criss-cross the walnut groves, along which you can see the traditional walnut dryers.

From Grenoble at Porte de France, take the right bank cycle path to Saint-Quentin-sur-Isère.
Fork right towards Tullins then left after the highway bridge, direction Poliénas by the small roads pass by les Massons, right Gabinot, Gaberne, left Parisette, right Burilloux, Guiers right Mill, le Guy, le Puits, join the D48a until Poliénas.
Return after crossing the D48a, via the Château, les Pautres, Verdemont, les Moiles, le Manguely, les Massons to the Saint-Quentin Bridge. At the entrance of the bridge, find the cycle track on the bank on the left to return to the starting point in Grenoble.
