Starting from the village of Beaumont, the Squirrel Walk takes you through fields and forests to discover the heights of the southern slope of the Amblève valley. You will pass the pretty isolated village of Francheville.

At thebranch road, folow the right way. In addition to the blue marker, you can also follow the old green marker representing a squirrel, it is the same route.
This part of the path can be muddy for several hundred meters in case of rain.
On your left, take the wooden footbridge to avoid getting your feet wet.
Careful, you're coming onto the road in the middle of a bend.
Then go along the road to return to the centre of the village of Beaumont.
