Description
Hombourg-Haut, a former fortified medieval town built in the 13th century by the bishops of Metz, has an exceptional heritage in a remarkable landscape setting and is the highlight of this walk. Old Hombourg and in particular the collegiate church of Saint-Etienne appear as sentinels dominating the landscape during a walk which alternates between valleys and plateaux.
