The poultry is reared in the open air with an agriculture that takes into consideration the well-being of the animal and the health of the consumer. It's so good to taste homemade products, with the flavours of yesteryear.

Husprung signifie source du ruisseau. Cette source, de type vauclusien, est une résurgence des eaux d'infiltration. On peut y voir l'eau sortir littéralement de terre !

Le Ravin du Diable est un des points d'intérêt principal côté nature à Manderen. On raconte que c'est à cet endroit qu'Arnold VI de Sierck vendit son âme au diable afin de terminer la construction de son château, et il parait que l'endroit est toujours habité par sa présence...

The Chapel of Peace in Merschweiller is situated on a small road between Perl (Germany) and Merschweiller (France), isolated from any inhabited area in the middle of fields. It was built in 1996 and has the particularity of being placed exactly on the border. It contains a list of the victims of the three Franco-German wars, displayed not by country but in alphabetical order. Once a year, a mass is celebrated in the open air at the chapel.
