When school comes to the Seine

Follow the river from the school to the Seine, where you'll find washhouses reminiscent of the days when washerwomen chatted while they worked. Listen carefully and you might just hear their cancan. FFR approved.

With your back to the station, turn left to go under the railway line. At the roundabout, turn left along the Seine for 1.7 km.

At the stele, climb the street on the left. Halfway up the slope, turn left (wash-house), follow the path to the right and the road to the right. Turn left twice and after 300m, take the footpath on the right and the D607 on the left. Turn right at the roundabout.

Take the road on the left, Rue des Florélites on the right and the path into the woods. Turn right twice, then left and right again. After 500m, take the road on the left, the D141 on the right and the road on the left. At the T, turn
and continue along the path alongside the housing estate. At the crossroads, turn left.

At Jonville, follow the D50 to the right for 60m and the footpath to the left. Turn right then left, cross the road and follow the housing estate. Take the second path on
right, enter the residence and head towards the power line. Continue right along the road and pass the roundabout. Take the D50 to the left, the road to the left and cross the École.

Follow the river on the left for 1 km and cross the bridge on the left. Take the road to the right and the street to the right. Turn left after the church. Turn left into the
down the steps and through the alleys on the right. Cross the park to the left, cross the bridge, walk along the wall to the right and leave the park. Take the road on the right, cross the D607 at the traffic lights, go down on the left and up the road on the right for 100m.

Take the footpath on the left, go down the steps, cross the school, turn left then right and take the road opposite. After the roundabout, take the left-hand
After the church, turn right. Take the D50 to the right and the road to the left.

Take the fourth turning on the left, go up into the park and exit along the footpath on the right. Turn right at the roundabout. Take the road on the right and the third on the left as far as the station.
