Description
The Refuge de la Vogealle is built high above the Cirque du Fer à Cheval, a mountain cirque which encloses the Giffre valley, right at the heart of the Réserve Naturelle de Sixt.

Located in the Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval nature reserve, this refuge is accessible in 3-4 hours of walking from the Fer-à-Cheval cirque.Comfortable and ideally located for hiking or stopping off on various alpine and wild circuits.
Lac de la Vogealle
Entouré par les Dents Blanches, celui-ci offre un spectacle magique sur les rares sommets de plus de 3000 m (le Mont Buet, le Ruan, et le Pic de Tenneverge).
