Guidebook with maps/step-by-step

Departure: Séez Information Services Office or Pénitents car park (on the road to Val d’Isère).
From the Tourist Office: take the 1st street on the right (chemin des Épinois) up the main street.
From the Pénitents car park: join the Chemin des Épinois which passes below the car park.
At the intersection, go down to the right for 500 m to reach the “Pont des Chèvres”. Cross the bridge to reach the left bank of the Isère and follow the slightly ascending forest track for 250 m.
Go down to the bank of the Isère frequented by fishermen (flood zone: in case of flooding, stay on the forest track to the Youth Hostel).
At the Pont de Longefoy, follow the access road to the Youth Hostel to the right. In front of the “Lair of the Squirrels”, go up on the path giving access to the forest track of the “Plan de la Tine”.
Follow the ascending track for 500 m and go down to the right on the “Pont des Chèvres” after carefully crossing a scree area (watch out for snakes). For the return, take the same path as on the way out.
