Dos à l’Office de tourisme de Lamoura (carrefour « Lamoura OT »), suivez à gauche la RD25 qui traverse le village en direction du Bruchet. L’itinéraire est balisé VTT n°1. A ce carrefour, prenez la petite route du Bruchet qui monte à droite vers le Haut du Bruchet. Arrivé au sommet, empruntez tout droit le chemin très roulant en suivant les directions successives de la Combe Arbey, de Tresberruy puis du Village de vacances de Lamoura.
Au carrefour du Village de Vacances, poursuivez sur la petite route qui part à gauche direction le Chalet Double. Vous traversez la forêt de Tresberruy. Au terme d’une descente, le chemin rejoint la Combe du Chalet Double.
Au Chalet Double, prenez le chemin à droite en direction du Haut de la Sambine. L’itinéraire traverse des pré-bois et offre une succession de paysages ouverts.
Arrivé en Haut de la Sambine, suivez le sentier qui part à droite et traverse les bois en suivant l’indication du Boulu. Il débouche ensuite sur une route forestière qui descend et passe sous un tunnel. Au carrefour du Boulu suivez la direction de l’Abbaye qui vous guide jusqu’à la RD25.
Traversez la route prudemment et suivez-la à gauche. Montez à droite la petite route de l’Abbaye qui traverse des habitations. Au carrefour de l’Abbaye, bifurquez à droite jusqu’au carrefour Village de vacances, puis empruntez le petit chemin qui part sur la gauche direction Trebserruy. Vous êtes revenu sur le chemin de l’aller, suivez les directions de la Combe Arbey, du Haut du Bruchet pour redescendre jusqu’au village de Lamoura et revenir à Lamoura OT.
