Steps
Point 1
Dos à l'église, prenez à droite, passez devant la mairie, qui se trouve sur votre gauche. Engagez-vous à droite dans la Rue Gabriel Péri en direction de Sémeries. Tournez à gauche sur le Vieux Chemin d'Avesnes et folez tout droit en ignorant à gauche une impasse puis la Rue du Moulin à Vent.
Point 2
Avant la croix, bifurquez à droite dans le Chemin dit à Baudets (GRP® de l'Avesnois, balisage Rouge et Jaune). Traversez une petite route et continuez sur le chemin en face. Traversez le Pachi sur un pont de pierre bleue.
Point 3
À l'intersection suivante, continuez tout droit (le GRP® part à droite) et dépassez la Ferme de Lombies. Au croisement suivant, tournez à gauche et descendez la route sur environ 1km (vue sur l’Helpe Majeure).
Point 4
Sitôt passées les quelques maisons Rue de la Palette, bifurquez à gauche en direction de l’ancien Moulin du Baquy. Ignorez le chemin d'accès aux bâtiments sur la gauche et traversez le ruisseau du Baquy (vue sur Sains-du-Nord).
Point 5
Au calvaire-oratoire (1886), tournez à gauche. Environ 500 m plus loin, obliquez à droite sur un sentier bocager (bien suivre le balisage). Au croisement en T, tournez à droite.
Point 6
Au croisement suivant, tournez à gauche, Rue de la Cure. Continuez tout droit (Sud) en ignorant les départs sur les côtés. Traversez la voie ferrée, passez sous une ligne électrique et aboutissez à la D 951.
Point 7
Traversez la route départementale (prudence, circulation intense) et dirigez-vous tout droit dans la Rue Mahy. Au croisement, suivez à droite la D 123a. Franchissez un ru.
Point 8
Au croisement, quittez D 123a pour la route à gauche. Au croisement suivant, allez tout droit sur la Rue du Calvaire. Au carrefour, prenez à droite.
Point 9
Quand la route tourne à droite, virez à gauche et traversez le Ruisseau de la Longue Queue. Suivez alors un sentier enherbé.
Point 10
À la croisée des chemins, bifurquez à gauche (vue sur le bocage). Au lieu-dit Le Moulin à Vent, effectuez un gauche-droite pour passer sous la ligne électrique et suivre le Chemin à Baudets et de Rainsars.
Point 11
Traversez de nouveau la D 951 (toujours avec prudence) et continuez tout droit rue des Fosses à Marne. Passez au-dessus de la voie ferrée, et laissez tout de suite un chemin sur la gauche. Aboutissez à la Maison du Bocage.
Point 12
Empruntez alors à gauche la Rue Jean-Baptiste Lebas, Allez tout droit puis, au niveau de la Poste, obliquez à gauche dans la Rue du Docteur Chevalier. Tournez dans la première à droite pour regagner l’église.
