Description

Linking Tourgéville to Villers-sur-Mer, this greenway offers a pleasant and safe route. It passes through the Blonville-Villers marshes, a natural area covering nearly 120 hectares where birds and white storks find a place to nest amongst the wet meadows and canals.

Le marais de Blonville-Villers

Located to the east of Villers-sur-mer, bordering the commune of Blonville-sur-mer, the Blonville-Villers marsh is the only natural green space on the Côte Fleurie. This 110-hectare complex of wet meadows, canals and ditches is ecologically rich. Despite its proximity to the sea, it is a freshwater marsh fed by streams from the surrounding hillsides.
