Description

A very easy introductory route to discover the Causse de Joanny.

From Joanny, follow the path leading to the paved road and turn right until you reach the main crossroads. Then, take the dirt path and continue towards the hamlets of Pépénut and Roudolle. Finally, return to the hamlet of Joanny.

30 km west of Cordes-sur-Ciel via the D600 then D8 towards Vaour and the D33 towards Penne.35 km north of Gaillac via the D964 towards Castelnau de Montmiral then the D87 towards Penne.

Ambiance

Starting from the hamlet of Joanny, you will discover the vegetation and stunted trees of the Causse. You will follow small roads and paths surrounded by dry stone walls.
