Description

Short hike to discover the pastures and superb views of the Fiz Bauges.

DEPARTURE : Hamlet of Frasses - parking.

ROUTE : from the parking, join the signpost ARCANIÈRE and take the trail of alpine climbing to GUI (small lake below). Take the track on the left to join MONT-ROND. Go down the track on MOUILLE FROIDE, BELLAVELLE then LES FRASSES.

POINTS OF INTEREST :
- Alpine pastures, varied panoramas and Lake Guï.
- The flocks of beautiful Tarine cows whose milk production is used to make Beaufort cheese. The paths on which you walk are not all public. Some owners have kindly left the right of way to walkers. This is the case on this route.
