Mountain Bike Route 7: Castelnau de Montmiral

Mountain Bike Route 7: Castelnau de Montmiral
Mountain Bike Route 7: Castelnau de Montmiral

Description

A varied and fun route around Castelnau de Montmiral, with stunning viewpoints.

Castelnau de Montmiral is a Grand Site Occitanie and one of 'The Most Beautiful Villages in France.' Its name means 'Mountain from Which One Sees,' reflecting its strategically dominant position that made it an impregnable site. The arcaded square, lined with half-timbered houses, is as remarkable as the reliquary cross, a 15th-century masterpiece of goldsmithing.
