A varied and fun route around Castelnau de Montmiral, with stunning viewpoints.
Castelnau de Montmiral is a Grand Site Occitanie and one of 'The Most Beautiful Villages in France.' Its name means 'Mountain from Which One Sees,' reflecting its strategically dominant position that made it an impregnable site. The arcaded square, bordered by half-timbered houses, is remarkable, as is the reliquary cross, a masterpiece of 15th-century goldsmithing.
