Ehn Canal Trail

Between Boersch and Ottrott, just a stone’s throw from the Portes Bonheur greenway, the Ehn Canal Trail invites you to take a peaceful stroll along the water’s edge, punctuated by occasional views of the Mont Sainte-Odile massif. Thanks to the interpretive signs, discover the history of this canal, its importance to the local economy, and the unassuming biodiversity that thrives along its banks.



To access it, there are two options from the Portes Bonheur greenway. At the Portes de la Léonardsau, follow the signs for “Sentier du canal de l’Ehn,” or reach it from Ottrott heading toward Boersch via the stairs. The return trip is via the greenway.
