Larmor-Plage - Kerguélen Cove Ocean Park

The Kerdeff marshes
The coastal path
Kerguelen Pond
Credit : Lorient Agglomération

Description

Starting point : The Kerguelen sailing centre car park

etween the land and the sea, the Kerguélen bay circuit will take you along sunken paths like tunnels of plants, along fields, lakes and marshes. Back on the coast, opposite the island of Groix, you will appreciate the contrast between the blue ocean and the white sandy beaches with their rocky outcrops.

You are walking in natural, private sites. Remain on the marked paths, respect nature, infrastructures and cultivated areas. For your comfort and safety, wear suitable hiking clothing.

Certain allergenic species may be present along hiking trails, such as grasses, birch, alder, mugwort, ragweed, and olive trees. To plan your outings, you can consult the pollen monitoring data for the Lorient Agglomeration area and the recommended precautions to take via this link: https://www.lorient-agglo.bzh/actus/suivi-des-pollens/
