Trail au fil des vallées - parcours 1

Route 1, starting from Place du Souvenir in Saivres, offers a pleasant, accessible itinerary, ideal for a first approach to trail running or a hiking outing.

From the town center, the route leads past the school, the village hall and the stadium, before reaching the Coutancière woods. Shared with routes 3 and 7 as far as the arboretum exit, it then crosses the Saint-Georges-de-Noisné road for a short incursion into the commune of Augé, passing the Logis de Vougné.

The route then heads towards Lugné, a former seigniory, via charming alleyways, before reaching the village of Vix. The return journey takes you along paths offering beautiful views over the Chambon valley, for a gentle finish.

With little technique and no major difficulties, this tour is ideal for beginners and advanced hikers alike
