Trail au fil des vallées - parcours 3

Course 3 Bleu de Saivres, the shorter version of Course 7 Rouge, offers a varied itinerary on both sides of the Chambon. From the start, it crosses the arboretum and then reaches Maunay, its pigeon loft and the Pissot washhouse, before a series of long climbs from La Jamonelière and the Maunay bridge, punctuated by fine views of the Chambon and the Donia quarry.

The route then alternates between footbridges, villages and heritage, passing through la Coutancière, Pouillet, l?Herbaudière and its château, then la Cailletière, before a final steep climb back to the starting point.

With a total length of 15 km and 325 m of ascent, this well-balanced route combines effort, diversity of terrain and open landscapes.
