Trail au fil des vallées - parcours 10

This trail circuit is based on route 7, enriched by a loop around the Touche Poupard dam.

From the 7? kilometer, at a fire hydrant, the route temporarily leaves the markings to offer a wilder passage around the lake, before returning to the original route once the tour of the dam is complete.

With a total length of 40 km and 770 m of elevation gain, this varied route fully explores the Chambon valley, testing the endurance of trail runners. The most motivated can extend their adventure by adding the Soleil Levant loop, a further 7 km, to make the most of this beautiful natural playground.
