Description
An emblematic route in the Val de Durance mountain bike sector, it has technical and sensational characteristics with 95% single-track trails. In the grey lands, the route alternates between winding climbs, fast passages and committed descents.
From the tourist office in Château-Arnoux, the route rises directly on a narrow path that will allow you to access the first incredible descent "La Cayenne", a fast singletrack descent with steps and hairpins. The rest of the trail alternates between technical climbs and playful descents among pines and oaks. One more effort and you are on the Pas des Bœufs with a panoramic view of the Lure mountain and the surrounding area. From there, the sublime Terres Grises are available to you. It is a very fun and playful passage, pure mountain biking in an exceptional place. The return will be mainly in the undergrowth, however be careful the last part of the route which passes over the Stade VTT XCO at the level of the "Jack Daniel", preferably follow the red route.
