La Rouerie

This hike will take you through typical Haute-Provence landscapes: garrigues, oak and beech woods, an abandoned village and some lovely views of the Durance River.

This hiking will make you discover different typical faces of landscapes in Haute-Provence : guarrigue, oakwood or beechwood, abandonned villages as well as some pretty viewpoints on la Durance.
The path crosses first of all the old hamlet of les Cléments, then raises towards the village in ruins called Vière. Afterwards, climb on 300m of altitude by a very well-marked track.
