Description
The Concluses de Lussan is an exceptional site, with its rugged, lunar appearance. The extraordinary view of the rocky escarpments and cavities in the river bed give the site its full measure and splendor.
Start at the Concluses parking lot in Lussan.
Follow the trail downhill to the Portail des Concluses, the trail’s final stop. Return by the same route.
The ecosystem, geology, and human settlement are among the topics illustrated by interpretive panels along the trail.
From April through October, depending on rainfall, the stream bed may be dry. In that case, you can follow its course on foot and enjoy a beautiful walk in the heart of nature.
