Description
Enjoy a short stroll around Le Châtel. You'll appreciate the shady sections during the short passage through the forest, as well as the magnificent view of the Aiguilles d'Arves as you leave it.
This walk is perfect for enjoying the beautiful views from the Col du Mollard. This itinerary is suitable for everyone, first passing through the forest and then emerging from it with a magnificent view of the Aiguilles d'Arves.
If you wish, you can also climb to the Croix du Châtel at the top.

1/ Head for the Rival forest.
2/ Follow this path around the Châtel to emerge from the forest facing the Aiguilles d'Arves.
3/ Reach the Hameau des Aiguilles residence.
4/ Turn left onto the main road to reach the Col du Mollard.
