Hiking tour between Walbourg Biblisheim Surbourg and Betschdorf

This walking route, starting from Walbourg station, offers a beautiful, 34-kilometre loop, ideal for a weekend combining nature and heritage. The route passes through the villages of Biblisheim and Surbourg, then continues towards Betschdorf and takes you through the Haguenau Forest, which has been awarded the ‘Forêt d’Exception®’ label. The route emerges from the forest to take you back to Walbourg. This circuit offers walkers a chance to immerse themselves in fields, forests, museums and historic monuments (the Walbourg Memorial, the Abbey Church of Sainte-Walburge, the Collegiate Church of Saint-Martin and Saint-Arbogast, the Haguenau Forest and the pottery village of Betschdorf).
