Description

At the entrance to the Sainte-Engrâce valley, the little-known side of Ükhümürrütia offers two circuits of pure mountain bike concentration, with a rapid immersion in the Souletine mountains: on the menu, a straightforward ascent mixing small roads and pastoral tracks, and a pleasant descent on single-tracks.
This long version of the Ükhümürrütia mountain discovery tour is also the most daring, as it extends to the Col des Trois Croix for an enhanced view of the Pic d'Anie massif and the Haute Soule region, and the start of a descent that quickly engages the slope, a sort of toboggan in a tunnel of greenery. This tour can be done with a VTTAE, facilitating the upward progression of the first section, which sometimes flirts with a 12% to 15% gradient. However, you'll need to be agile on the descent, which is both fun and slightly technical.
