A breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc range: a journey into the heart of time and nature, a promise kept by Mireille for 31 years. Mireille has transformed her family's barn, perched high above Cordon, into a grand inn offering a warm welcome.
In the kitchen, her daughter Nadia lets her creativity and talent shine through. Inspired by an extraordinary panorama and nature, the chef offers two different menus depending on the season. "Our cuisine is 100% made with our little hands and all our heart". "Fresh, quality produce is our Charter:
In winter, the ideal address for a dish of the day or a specialty before hitting the slopes.
In summer, the cuisine is more refined and distinguished.
In summer as in winter, the little snack is always topical, as is the menu of ice creams and gourmet pastries from Youri Neyers.... The hardest part is choosing!
