Take the path on your right on the way to Cassagnes. The path goes around the holiday village VAL-VVF. Continue the small path going to a beautiful viewpoint of Najac.

Continue straight on the wide path for 150 meters and turn lightly on the right between the rocks and go to the direction of Puech Calme (arid area where only small shrub and box trees live on). Look around, no sign of civilization, you are alone in the world !
Turn right on the wide path going along the river Aveyron. You will discover the remains of an old watermill (Moulin de Ferragut) and another one still working (Moulin d’Auribal). Observe the marks on the door. Sandstone (very abrasive) permitted to sharpen tools necessary to sharpen the millstones.
Continue for 300 meters as far as the top of the hill. Shortcut possible if you turn right to go to the Gabanel fountain. Otherwise continue straight on the small road going to the medieval bridge and the road D594. 50 meters before the crossroads with the D594 turn right on the old cobbled path.
